Custom software

When a SaaS isn't enough

Off-the-shelf SaaS works until it doesn't. When your workflow doesn't fit anyone else's product, you build your own — and we're the team that does it without the year-long enterprise consultancy timeline.

Custom ERP + CRM

Inventory, sales, HR, payroll, accounting — built around your actual workflow, not a SaaS template you have to adapt to.

Admin dashboards

Role-based access, real-time metrics, exportable reports, audit trails. The boring software that runs the business.

SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant SaaS — subscription billing, per-tenant data, custom branding. From MVP to scale.

API integrations

bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, plus any third-party SaaS your team relies on.

Real-time + queues

WebSockets, Redis queues, background jobs, scheduled tasks — for systems that need to react instantly or process at scale.

Documentation + handover

Every project ships with technical docs, API specs, deployment guides. Your team can pick up where we left off.

What's in the software build

Specification, build, integration, documentation, handover. Built so your team can take over or we stay on retainer — your call.

  • Admin dashboard UI
  • Role-based access control

FAQ

Custom software — your questions

Ownership, pricing, integrations and security — the things buyers actually ask before commissioning a build.

How is custom software priced if there's no fixed package?
Custom software is scope-based, not a flat fee — a CRM with three roles costs very differently from a multi-tenant SaaS with billing. We run a short discovery, write a technical spec, then quote against it: either a fixed price for a well-defined build or a monthly retainer for ongoing development. You see the number before anything gets coded. If price is the only factor, an off-the-shelf SaaS is cheaper and we'll tell you so.
Do we own the source code and database, or are we locked in?
You own everything — full source code, database, and the deployment setup, handed over with technical docs, API specs, and deployment guides. There's no proprietary runtime or per-seat license holding you hostage. Your in-house team can take over, or you keep us on retainer; that's your call, not a lock-in.
Can you build software around our existing workflow instead of forcing us onto a template?
That's the whole point of custom — we design the database schema and screens around how your team actually works, including the quirky steps a SaaS would make you abandon. Discovery maps your current process first, then we model it in software rather than bending your operations to fit someone else's product.
Will it integrate with bKash, Nagad, Pathao and the other tools we already use?
Yes. We integrate local payment and logistics APIs — bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, Pathao, RedX, Steadfast — plus any third-party SaaS your team relies on through their APIs. If a service has a documented API or webhook, we can wire it in; if it doesn't, we'll flag that during discovery so it isn't a surprise mid-build.
How do you keep an ERP or admin dashboard secure with sensitive business data?
Every build ships with role-based access control, authentication via email, OTP or SSO, and audit trails so you can see who changed what. Sensitive data is access-scoped per role, and the deployment runs on a managed VPS with daily backups and SSL. We design permissions in discovery so finance can't see HR and vice versa.
Can you build an MVP first and scale it later, or does it have to be the full system upfront?
MVP first is usually the smarter move — we ship a working core your team can actually use, then add modules as the business proves what it needs. The schema and API are designed to scale from day one (Redis queues, background jobs, WebSockets where needed), so growing from MVP to a full multi-tenant SaaS doesn't mean a rebuild.
