How much does your managed hosting cost per month?
Managed VPS hosting runs ৳1,000–3,000/month depending on your traffic, RAM and storage needs — free SSL, daily backups and uptime monitoring are all included, not upsold. A single brochure site sits at the low end; a busy store or app with MySQL and Redis sits higher. Domains are billed separately at the registrar's exact price with no markup.
Why is your VPS hosting more expensive than ৳200/month shared hosting?
Cheap shared plans cram 200+ sites onto one CPU, so when a neighbour gets a traffic spike your site crawls. We put you on dedicated VPS resources tuned for BD network conditions, so your speed and uptime don't depend on strangers. If a ৳200 plan is all the budget allows, honestly a shared host is fine — you just won't get the performance or hands-on support we're describing here.
I already have a domain and hosting elsewhere — can you migrate it?
Yes, migration is included. We move your site, database, emails and DNS from cPanel, Hostinger or any shared host with zero or near-zero downtime by syncing first and switching DNS last. You keep your existing domain; if it's registered elsewhere we either manage it via Cloudflare DNS or transfer it to us at cost — your call.
Do you register .com.bd domains, and how long does that take?
Yes. We handle .com, .net, .com.bd and .net.bd at the registrar's actual price. International TLDs like .com go live within minutes; .com.bd is a BTCL-governed process that needs trade-licence or NID documents and typically takes a few business days to approve. We prepare the paperwork and submit it for you so it's not your headache.
What happens to my site if the server goes down or gets hacked?
We keep automated daily backups for 30 days with a nightly off-site copy, plus 5-minute uptime monitoring that alerts us before most clients notice. If something breaks or a site is compromised, we restore from a clean backup and patch the cause — we don't just bring back the infected files. Recovery for a standard site is usually a matter of minutes, not days.
Can you set up business email on my own domain with proper deliverability?
Yes. We create custom mailboxes on your domain and configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly so your mail lands in inboxes instead of spam — the step most cheap hosts skip. If you'd rather use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we wire up the DNS for that too and leave your sending reputation clean.
